Second idea is scenes, the plan would be to create different push button scenes in ewelink that just toggle the same physical Sonoff switch, the advantage being that multiple scenes would only tie up 1 physical device, however again, existing integrations do not seem to detect ewelink scenes in my cloud account :-(.ĭoes anyone have any other ideas that I haven’t thought about yet as I really don’t want to have to try and flash the panel or buy a bunch of dummy devices if i can avoid it. One thing I thought was creating some sort of virtual device in ewelink but the only way I can see to do that is to create a one button remote but while these do get seen by the existing integration, it does not seem to pick up any state change. So I have my thinking cap on and am looking for ideas please… There are integrations available for standard Sonoff firmware which should handle the the 2 physical buttons fine and I have also been able to trigger HA automations based on the Sonoff micro switching on and off but doing it this way effectively renders the Micro unusable as a physical switch and will mean having to get physical “dummy” switches for each HA automation i want to do. I also have the new NSPanel on order and this should arrive next week and I am trying to work out how I can add widgets to it to control non ewelink devices via HA without flashing. I have just got a new Sonoff Micro and it works well. The product page says the Sonoff NSPanel Pro can be mounted on the wall as well as on a dedicated stand so you can put it on a table and use. Something to get really excited about if you like Sonoff Zigbee Line. Sonoff NSPanel Pro features ZigBee 3.0 inside and will act as the router. I am new to Sonoff/ewelink but have a lot of other smart home stuff and have been running HA for a couple of years. The 480×480 touch screen interface isn’t the only change. If you have not registered the switch yet, please follow the steps below. Repeat these steps for any devices that are not responding from the Faceplate but toggle from the iotty app. This will restart the device, and it will not respond from the Faceplate when touched. This will provide a drop down option of Updating the Firmware, Restart Plate, Turn off plate Wi-Fi, or Restore Factory settings. Select the Plate you would like to restart to resolve the Touch Sensitivity of by selecting the ' > ' arrowģ) This will bring you to the Plate settings, at the top right select the White circle with 3 vertical dots. (One Plate can contain 1, 2, 3, or 4 Switches depending on the model). A Plate is the Controller which contains all of the gangs of a Switch per location. You can accomplish this by following these steps:ġ) Open the iotty app and on the Devices Page select 'Plates'Ģ) This brings you to the Plates list of your iotty Smart Switches. Please install the glass Faceplate and then from the app navigate to the Plate settings and restart the Plate.
